We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist in managing reservations and room assignments using the hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
