Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
2. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for designers and other staff members.
5. Assist clients with inquiries regarding our services, projects, and pricing.
6. Coordinate with the sales and design teams to schedule client meetings and consultations.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
8. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 10. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Professional appearance and demeanour.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus.
10. Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is an advantage.
