About the Role:

TheFront DeskExecutive'sroleto manage our front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle a range of administrative and hospitality-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in all visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Attend to and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk duties and ensure a clean and organized reception area
  • Arrange refreshments(lunch/beverages)for visiting clients
  • Distributeapplicationforms to candidates as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff for office cleanliness and water supplies
  • Maintain employee late marks and halfdaysrecord slips
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to uniforms, bags, and lockers.
  • Send birthday emails and arrange sweets for employees

Good to Have:

  • Coordination support duringemployee joining days
  • Plays an active role in employee engagement activities: planning, logistics, and event support
  • Comfortable using MS Office(Word/Excel)
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in anydiscipline
  • 1+ year of relevant experience asareceptionist or administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
