Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Vadodara, for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception activities, greeting and assisting clients and visitors, managing calls and messages, and maintaining records. The role also includes coordinating office operations, addressing inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, and assisting with scheduling and support tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer service experience and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Administrative skills, including scheduling, record management, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
