Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle objections and questions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding or service delivery.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Language proficiency: English.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in B2B or B2C telesales.
- Experience in the IT Industry sector is a plus.
Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 AMLocation - Remote/Onsite (Noida)
Salary: 12000-20000 Per Month
