Job Description

Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training to airlines, training organisations, and commercial pilots. As we embark on a major digital transformation, we are moving our infrastructure to a modern Hybrid Cloud environment to support a new AI-first SaaS platform.

Taking a significant step towards enhanced pilot training in India, Simaero India is establishing an 8-bay, EASA & DGCA India ATO approved Full Flight Simulator (FFS) facility. Our Gurugram centre is a state-of-the-art facility delivering high-quality pilot training in a safety-driven and regulatory-controlled environment.

Simaero India is seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Desk & Customer Experience Executive to represent our organisation at the Gurugram training centre.

This is a critical, high-visibility position serving as the first point of contact for airline crew, instructors, airline management representatives, DGCA officials, auditors, and international visitors. The role demands professionalism, discretion, regulatory awareness, and exceptional customer service standards consistent with global aviation practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front Desk operations ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for pilots, instructors, airline representatives, and vendors
  • Handle incoming calls, official emails, and training-related enquiries with accuracy and courtesy
  • Coordinate closely with Training, Operations, Engineering, and Administration teams
  • Maintain visitor logs, access control records, and regulatory documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, safety standards, security protocols, and DGCA compliance requirements
  • Support scheduling coordination and assist in smooth daily training operations
  • Uphold confidentiality standards in handling sensitive training and regulatory information

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 25 years of experience in Front Desk / Customer Service / Corporate Reception (Aviation or regulated industry preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance with a service-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
