Taking a significant step towards enhanced pilot training in India, Simaero India is establishing an 8-bay, EASA & DGCA India ATO approved Full Flight Simulator (FFS) facility. Our Gurugram centre is a state-of-the-art facility delivering high-quality pilot training in a safety-driven and regulatory-controlled environment.
Simaero India is seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Desk & Customer Experience Executive to represent our organisation at the Gurugram training centre.
This is a critical, high-visibility position serving as the first point of contact for airline crew, instructors, airline management representatives, DGCA officials, auditors, and international visitors. The role demands professionalism, discretion, regulatory awareness, and exceptional customer service standards consistent with global aviation practices.
