This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Front Desk & Billing Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing receptionist duties such as greeting customers, handling phone calls, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves efficient billing and payment processing, maintaining customer records, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. The professional will coordinate with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of front desk operations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and general front desk tasks
• Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Customer service skills to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for clients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with payment processing and record keeping
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and billing software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is desirable
