Role Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Attendant for a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing high-quality customer service. The Front Desk Attendant will also perform general clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting the operational needs of the healthcare facility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Receptionist Duties proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Clerical Skills such as data entry and record management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience providing high-quality Customer Service in a professional setting
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred
