We are hiring a Front Desk Associate for a luxury 4-star resort. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Welcome guests and assist with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Maintain front desk records and update guest information accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Associate in a hotel or resort
- Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and reservation systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
