Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchise Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role will involve overseeing operations and performance of franchise units, ensuring franchisees adhere to company standards, and providing guidance for growth and success. Responsibilities include building relationships with franchises, setting strategic goals, conducting trainings, and implementing growth initiatives. The Franchise Manager will regularly monitor franchise performance, collaborate on marketing efforts, and ensure consistent brand representation across franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in leadership, team management, and operational oversight.
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and relationship-building with franchisees.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
• Experience in franchise management, business expansion, or a similar role in a related industry is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferable.
• Experience in EdTech or e-learning sectors is a plus.
