Digitide is seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the voice process role. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent service in Hindi, Telugu, and English. Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality.
Participate in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
Familiarity with computer systems and basic software applications.
