Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Voice Process Associate. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and data entry skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
