Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment, providing relevant solutions
• Source suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Experience of hiring for middle level to senior level positions

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well versed with the Job portals for recruitment activities
• In depth knowledge of HR principles, functions and practices
