We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Customer Support/Tele Sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting our products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist in the upselling and cross-selling of products to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
