Job Description

Required Skills & Attributes:

0-1 year experience in B2B sales / business development in technical field

Btech, BCA, BSc, Msc, MCA, Mtech, Diploma and smart in talking

Ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to Alethea's solutions

Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) and Sales Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify appropriate clients for Alethea's solution within the Targeted Geographical Market

Introduce Alethea's Solution to the appropriate buyers within the Targeted Geographical Market

Identify Key Decision Makers in these buyers via adequate research and prospecting tools

Perform Client-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy

Excellent listening and asking effective follow-on questions

Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales opportunities

Operational responsibilities including but not limited to accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts

Handling customers in different time zones

Be the Go To Person for every client in the Targeted Geographical Market
