Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound or receive inbound calls in Tamil to assist or engage customers.
  • Explain products or services clearly and answer customer queries.
  • Record customer information and call details accurately in the system.
  • Follow up with leads or customers as required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone on every call.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
  • Freshers with good Tamil communication skills are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.
  • Good listening skills and a polite, confident voice.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in day shifts (rotational shifts if required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection or complaints calmly.
  • Interest in customer support or telesales.
