Shift Timing:Night Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic
Fresher Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in
Magarpatta, Pune. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and gain strong hiring exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements shared by Team Lead / Hiring Manager
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Social media sourcing
- Internal database / referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
- Connect with candidates via calls, emails, and messages
- Explain the job role, company details, and interview process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & panels
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers in Excel/Sheets
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, offers, and joining
- Support onboarding activities and document coordination
- Ensure good candidate experience through the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BA/BCom/BSc/BBA/BCA/BTech etc.)
- Strong interest in Recruitment / HR
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with calling candidates
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email handling
- Must be willing to work Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) onsite
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and target-driven
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Internship/training in HR or Recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
- Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring / Healthcare / Pharma Industry
