Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate staff nurse to join our team in Ludhiana. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating patient health status
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensuring that patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on new developments in healthcare
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Active nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Ability to operate medical equipment
