This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher's School Admissions Counsellor - Telugu Speaker, located in Warangal. The Admissions Counsellor will provide guidance to prospective students and their families, assist with the admission process, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities include conducting admission interviews, following up on applications, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Effective communication and cultural sensitivity are key aspects of this role.

• Fluency in Telugu and proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and counseling skills to effectively guide and support students and families during the admissions process.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to manage application processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of school systems, admission processes, and administrative procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment and adapt to a dynamic and multicultural community.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and communication tools.
• Having a passion for education and creating a positive experience for incoming students and their families.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant internships or volunteer experience in education or counselling are a plus.
