RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, including college portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and aptitude.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of candidates.
- Assist in organizing and attending campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and university career sites.
NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT:

REQUIREMENTS:
- A recent graduate or a final year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting with people.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in building a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
- No prior professional experience is required, but internships in a relevant field will be a plus.
