About The Opportunity
Join a patient-focused clinical team providing end-to-end pediatric carefrom newborn stabilization and inpatient management to outpatient follow-up and immunization services. This on-site consultant role is ideal for freshly qualified MD/DCH pediatricians seeking a structured clinical start with exposure to neonatal care, acute pediatrics, and preventive child health programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient pediatric consultationsassess, diagnose, and manage common and complex pediatric conditions following clinical protocols.
- Stabilize and manage pediatric and neonatal emergencies in the ER/ward; perform resuscitation and initial critical-care interventions per guidelines.
- Lead newborn assessments, routine neonatal care, and coordinate referrals to higher-level neonatology services when required.
- Deliver immunization counseling, growth monitoring, developmental screening, and anticipatory guidance to caregivers; maintain accurate vaccination records.
- Document clinical encounters in EMR systems, complete discharge summaries, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case discussions.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, attend departmental CMEs, and adhere to infection control and patient-safety protocols.

Qualifications (role-specific)
- Postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD Pediatrics and/or DCH) fresh postgraduates encouraged to apply.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council or eligibility to register.
- Willingness to work on-site with shift/rotational duties including emergency roster.
