Job Description

1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

2.Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and other relevant resource

3.Use platforms such as Monster -Found it, LinkedIn, Shine, and Naukri to source and advertise openings

4.Sourcing & Screening of Candidatures and put up to interview with Senior HR colleagues.

5.Craft recruiting emails to Sourced candidates

6.Schedule interviews, Send Call Letters, coordinate interviews and organize interviews.

7.Good Communication Skill and Cold callings.

8.Screen incoming resumes and application forms

9.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

10.Follow up with candidates through the hiring process

11.Maintain a candidate database trackers and MIS report to Recruitment management

12.Candidate management - Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, Induction and training.
