- Graduate Degree: Diploma (DME) / B.E. Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (12 years can also be considered, but salary will be as per fresher level)
- Good academic record (clear marksheets required)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel etc.)
- Good communication skills
Work / Job Responsibilities
- Exposure to multiple functions within the organization
- Post-training placement in Production, Maintenance, Planning, Sales, Dispatch
- Hands-on, on-the-job training
- Required to work in shifts (even during training)
