Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in the US healthcare & IT market

Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, job portals, and online research

Perform outbound outreach via emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups

Maintain and update lead data in CRM and internal tracking systems

Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams to convert leads into opportunities

Track daily/weekly lead generation metrics and prepare reports

Understand client requirements and support business development efforts

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Freshers are welcome (experience in lead generation is a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic CRM tools

Willingness to work night shift aligned with US business hours

Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
