Role Description

We are seeking a Fresher/Jewelry Sales Executive from Northeast India to join our team full-time in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing jewelry products, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and ability to build rapport with clients
• Basic knowledge of jewelry products and sales techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory control
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English
• Experience in retail sales is an advantage but not required
