A Fresher HR role involvessupporting the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records and administrative task.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:Sourcing candidates via portals, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Induction:Assisting with joining formalities, preparing offer letters and conducting orientations for new hires.
- HR Operations:Maintaining employee records, updating databases and assisting with payroll/benefits administration.
- Employee Relations:Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and assisting with engagement activities.
- Documentation:Managing HR paperwork, employee files and compliance documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills:Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tools:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
