Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
  • Manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Support in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires complete required documentation and induction procedures.
  • Help in organizing and conducting campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment process efficiency.
  • Assist in generating reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Provide a great candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and offering feedback throughout the recruitment process.
