We are hiring fresh graduates to join our dynamic Food Quality and HR teams!

Departments:

• Food Quality Department
• Human Resources (BMS-HR / MBA-HR)

Eligibility:

• For Food Quality: B.Sc (Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry) or B.Tech (Food Technology) freshers.
• For HR: BMS (HR specialization) / MBA (HR specialization) freshers.
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Quality:
• Assist in quality checks, lab testing, and production floor inspections.
• Support documentation for audits and compliance.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure SOP adherence.
• HR:
• Support in HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment coordination and maintaining HR databases.
• Help in organizing training programs and Employee relations.
