Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a Fresher specializing in Software Tech Support with a focus on Finance and accounting. The role involves providing technical support, addressing software-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and supporting accounting functionalities. He/She will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software performance, assist with software deployment tasks, and contribute to ongoing development projects.

Qualifications

• Good Knowledge of MongoDB
• Basics of Accounting
• Background in Computer Science, with an interest in software and data-driven applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with data analytics or FMCG domains is a plus
