Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless service experience via inbound and outbound calls in both voice and non-voice processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Uphold professionalism and a positive customer experience in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Confident and customer-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate from any discipline.
