Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via email, chat, and occasional calls with international clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, billing, or technical queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the help of provided guidelines.
  • Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
  • Adhere to company quality standards, policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or final year students from Computer Science (CSC), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; neutral/international accent preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.
