Position: IPQC - Quality
Experience: 0-3 years in QA (Perfume/FMCG/Cosmetics preferred)
Location: TPP Perfumes Pvt Ltd, Ozone Industrial Estate, Bhayla Bawla
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue batch numbers for raw materials, bulk, and finished products per SOPs.
- Prepare, review, and control Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) & Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ensure proper batch issuance, reconciliation, and closure.
- Verify manufacturing and packing entries for accuracy and GMP compliance.
- Ensure batch records are completed, signed, and archived per GMP standards.
- Coordinate with production/packing for timely batch execution.
- Review/approve in-process quality checks and critical parameters.
- Perform line clearance before/after manufacturing and packing activities.
- Manage document control: SOPs, formats, revisions, distribution, and retrieval.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or related field.
- 0-3 years hands-on QA experience in perfume/FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong GMP knowledge and batch documentation expertise.
- Excellent coordination skills.
