Hiring for International Customer Service process || French || B2 Level
Responsibilities
- International client handling experience mandatory with French language
- Resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call / chat targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications-
- Exp - 1-5 Years in International BPO (Blended process)
- French B2 Level mandatory
- Shifts- US Shifts
- Location- Gurgaon Sec-30
- Graduate
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and offs
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and French both verbal and written
Preferred Skills
- Immediate joiner's preferred
Pay range and compensation package- Upto 8Lpa
