Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. As a Freight Forwarding - Sales Manager, responsibilities include developing and managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities in freight forwarding, managing export and logistics operations, and providing top-tier customer service. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day freight transportation activities and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in International Freight Forwarding and freight transportation
  • Knowledge and skills in export processes and activities
  • Strong capabilities in customer service and client relationship management
  • In-depth understanding of forwarding operations and international logistics
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively
  • Familiarity with the logistics and trade industry in South India is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
