Role Description

This is a Hybrid role for a Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist/Manager located in Noida/ Gurgaon/ Delhi/ Mohali/ Bengaluru. The role involves managing freight forwarding operations, overseeing the execution of export shipments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the seamless transportation of goods. The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitor shipment schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Freight Transportation, and related logistics operations
• Proficiency in managing Export processes and documentation
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in industry software and tools is a plus
