We are looking for a skilled Freight Forwarder to manage end-to-end shipment operations for both air and sea cargo. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export shipments via air and sea routes.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer queries and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of shipments and update internal systems regularly.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Good knowledge of air & sea shipment processes.
- Familiarity with documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
