Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage domestic and international freight shipments
Plan and schedule transportation of goods with carriers and logistics partners
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs laws, and safety standards
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
Resolve shipment delays, damages, or delivery issues
Monitor freight costs and support cost-control initiatives
Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation
Coordinate with warehouses for loading, unloading, and storage activities
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Support audits and logistics reporting
