Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker (Sales Only) role located in Gurugram. The Freight Broker will build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate rates, and source freight opportunities to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, addressing customers shipping concerns. The role also involves managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage
• Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent communication skills
• Skills in Account Management, with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
