Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Freight Broker (Sales Only) role based in Gurugram. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates. Day-to-day activities will include managing freight brokerage processes, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with dispatch to monitor shipments, and maintaining relationships with customers to foster long-term collaborations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Freight Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
