Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Freight Broker, based in Gurugram with flexibility for partial remote work. The Freight Broker will be responsible for facilitating transportation solutions for clients, negotiating rates with carriers, managing accounts, and ensuring timely deliveries. Daily tasks include coordinating freight movement, handling dispatch operations, building strong relationships with customers and carriers, and solving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Proven skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating transportation logistics
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client accounts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and software is a plus
• Should be 18+ with experience in logistics, supply chain, business management, or a related field, and proficiency in English is preferred.
