This is an on-site, full-time Freight Broker position based in Chandigarh. The role includes managing and facilitating freight brokerage activities, coordinating dispatching operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing freight transportation logistics, and ensuring optimized freight movement. Additionally, the Freight Broker will oversee account management tasks and collaborate with other team members to deliver effective transport solutions.

• Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Dispatching skills
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and transport logistics is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
