This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in Chandigarh, India. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight operations, negotiating with carriers, communicating with clients, and ensuring shipments are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients and carriers, and resolving any transportation issues promptly.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage carrier and client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in freight operations, including load planning, dispatch, and tracking.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective freight strategies.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
• Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating shipments efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in freight brokerage or transportation management is highly desirable.
