This full-time Freight Broker role is located on-site in Chandigarh, India. The responsibilities include managing freight brokerage operations, building relationships with carriers, and collaborating with clients to meet transportation needs. The role also involves handling dispatching tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage
