Position: Freight Billing Analyst (ERP SAP)
Location: Pune
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Shift: US Shift (Flexible)
Notice Period: 020 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Education
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
Key Responsibilities
- Process and post logistics/freight invoices in SAP accurately and within timelines
- Perform 3-way matching (PO vs GR vs IR) for invoice validation
- Handle discrepancies and resolve exceptions via VIM Workplace
- Coordinate with internal teams for missing documentation or invoice issues
- Create and manage credit notes in SAP
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and accounting policies
- Maintain documentation using SharePoint
- Support month-end closing activities related to logistics billing
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Logistics / Freight Billing Invoice Processing
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory)
- Experience in 3-way matching (PO, GR, IR)
- Vendor communication (email handling)
Required Skills Knowledge
- Basic understanding of General Ledger (GL)
- Knowledge of GR, IR, Service Entry Sheets (SES)
- Familiarity with BlackLine reconciliation tool
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with SharePoint DocuSign
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset
- Effective professional communication skills
