Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Primavera and MSP Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering course modules through instructor-led live sessions, engaging learners with interactive examples, and preparing students with industry-relevant skills. Additional responsibilities include developing effective course content, providing mentorship, and addressing learners queries to ensure quality and impactful learning experiences. Regular feedback and course improvement recommendations are expected as part of creating a responsive and adaptive training environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Strong teaching, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand course material
- Experience with online training platforms, remote instruction, and virtual tools
- Good communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to learners needs and various time zones
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in project management, engineering, or related disciplines
- Prior training or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory
