Overview

As a Freelancer US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that healthcare professionals are placed in positions that suit their skills and career goals, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
  • Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively
  • Developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and fostering candidate loyalty
  • Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
  • Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry and its specific staffing needs
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and credentialing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close offers effectively
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
