Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and databases.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
