We are looking to collaborate with Senior Freelance Industry Experts from the Consumer Goods & Durables (FMCG / FMCD) sector who bring deep domain expertise and a strong consulting mindset.

This is a project-based opportunity to work closely with SMEs, enabling business development and operational transformation with measurable outcomes.

Role Description

As an Industry Expert, you will work directly with business leaders to diagnose challenges, design interventions, and drive execution across core business functions.

Your role will span both growth (business development) and efficiency (operations improvement) ensuring businesses scale sustainably while optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 1015+ years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Durables industry
• Prior experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation roles preferred
• Strong background in business development, sales strategy, and revenue growth initiatives
• Proven expertise in operations, supply chain, and process optimization
• Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking with a track record of delivering measurable impact
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
