Role: Content Creator & Soft Skills Trainer - Freelancer
Location: Gurgaon (On-site once a week for shoot, otherwise remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Creator & Learning Facilitator with a strong background in soft skills training (1015 years of experience). The ideal candidate will combine camera presence with the ability to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for mid- to senior-level professionals. You will create engaging video content for our channel and facilitate interactive group sessions focused on leadership, communication, decision-making, storytelling, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop and deliver video-based learning content with strong on-camera presence.
- Attend weekly shoots in Gurgaon to record professional video sessions.
- Create engaging learning materials (short videos, explainer sessions, case-based discussions).
- Collaborate on naming and branding the new channel, ensuring it resonates with professionals.
Group Facilitation
- Lead interactive live group sessions using case studies, role plays, peer-to-peer activities, and simulations.
- Facilitate discussions on topics like leadership, executive communication, decision-making, storytelling, negotiation, and AI for business.
- Create a psychologically safe and inclusive learning environment.
